Banri is a super popular ramen shop located in Tochigi prefecture (north of Tokyo) and has a devoted following of ramen lovers from all over Japan. Many locals even eat this ramen almost every day and travellers often go to great lengths just to get a taste of this special bowl.
The most distinctive features of the Banri ramen is the unique flat and wide noodles uniquely shaped by
the mast chef’s cutting process. The noodles are perfectly balanced with a light and delicate shoyu (soy sauce based) broth. This unique ramen has been developed and honed over many years by the chef and the lines that form to taste it is a testament to his success!
Boil noodles for 4-5min and add 300ml water per serving. This large box contains 4 servings.
