Kuromayu Tonkotsu Ramen
Kuromayu (black sesame oil) has a strong disinctive flavor of garlic and black sesame. Added to a base tonkotsu pork bone base, this is a distinct flavor mix originating from the Kumamoto prefecture on Kyushu Island. Kyushu island is best known as the origina of tonkotsu ramen typically refered to as Hakata-style ramen.
Contains a dry broth packet to mix with 450ml of boiling water. Noodles are packed dry (never fried) and requires up to 2m30s of boiling time. We suggest boiling the noodles separately from the water used for the broth even though directions indicate otherwise.
